The recent releases from the franchises have focused more on the RPG trend that games took and hence the upcoming game will be going back to its roots with stealth as the main pillar of focus for the game. With the upcoming release of Assassin’s Creed Mirage, the franchise is aimed to take the game back to its roots and is also rumoured to be a smaller game but that which packs a punch.Īssassin’s Creed Mirage is set in 9th-century Baghdad where you play as a younger version of Basin, the main character. The games have improved in all aspects like graphics, gameplay mechanics, stories etc. The franchise though suffered a bit in the middle but has recovered greatly with fan-favourite releases like Valhalla and Origins in recent years.
